Lawful and respectful use
Users may not use Zionel to violate law, exploit or harm people, harass, discriminate unlawfully, impersonate others, or upload content they lack authority to use.
Security boundaries
Users may not bypass access controls, probe another tenant, distribute malware, scrape without authorization, interfere with availability, share credentials or attempt to obtain secrets, tokens or stream keys.
Sensitive ministry information
Do not enter data that is unnecessary for the documented church purpose. Prayer, pastoral, children’s, financial and safeguarding records require heightened care and role restriction.
Automation and AI
Automated use must respect documented limits and human review. AI output must not be treated as authoritative pastoral, legal, financial, medical, safeguarding or emergency advice.
Response and review
Zionel may investigate credible abuse and restrict access when needed to protect people or systems, subject to these terms and applicable law. Contact Zionel if you believe an access restriction was applied in error.
