Agreement and contracting party

These terms apply to use of Zionel by churches and their authorized users. An authorized church representative accepts the applicable terms for the church. Account registration does not by itself grant access to a church’s records or enable paid features.

Accounts and authorized use

Users must provide accurate account information, protect authentication factors, use only access granted by their church, and promptly report suspected compromise. Church administrators are responsible for role assignments and account lifecycle decisions.

Service and changes

Zionel’s features may evolve over time. Zionel does not promise uninterrupted service, a service level, emergency response, or a particular availability target.

Fees, renewal and cancellation

Church subscriptions and donations are separate. Review your church’s subscription price and renewal terms before accepting a plan. Online giving is available to churches whose Stripe connection is ready and whose giving feature is enabled. Donors see the applicable amount and fees before confirming a payment.

Warranties, liability and disputes

Do not rely on Zionel for emergency response, legal advice, pastoral advice, financial advice, security certification or regulatory compliance. The terms accepted by your church govern its subscription and commercial relationship with Zionel.
