A practical trust model

Zionel supports sensitive church operations, so trust must be grounded in observable controls and clear boundaries. These pages distinguish implemented safeguards from planned work and from commitments that still require professional approval.

  • Least-privilege access within each church workspace
  • Protected sign-in and authorization safeguards
  • Access-controlled data handling and accountability for sensitive actions
  • Publication gates for legal and security claims

Shared responsibility

Zionel protects the platform and provides configurable access controls. Each church remains responsible for choosing appropriate users, assigning the least privilege, reviewing access, obtaining notices or consent where required, and handling pastoral information with care.

What remains open

These pages describe Zionel’s current service and known limitations. Changes to features, payment flows, data handling or applicable requirements trigger a review of the affected policies. Availability, retention and certification claims are limited to what Zionel can substantiate.
