Commitment
Zionel aims to support people with diverse abilities and assistive technologies. The current public experience targets semantic structure, visible focus, keyboard operation, readable contrast, reflow and reduced-motion preferences.
Standard and conformance
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as an engineering target. Zionel does not yet claim formal conformance or third-party certification; a complete audit and remediation record are required before such a claim.
Known limitations
Complex authenticated workflows, generated files, charts, camera-based check-in and third-party surfaces may present different accessibility constraints. These require scenario-specific validation.
Report a barrier
Describe the page, task, assistive technology and browser, plus what happened and what you expected. Avoid including private church records in a screenshot or message.
- The permanent public accessibility contact channel remains a company-information approval item.
Ongoing review
Accessibility checks belong in design review, implementation tests and release gates. Material regressions should be prioritized according to user impact, not merely visual severity.
