Zionel shows capabilities according to the role assigned by your church. A missing control can therefore be an access-boundary decision rather than a technical failure.

Protect information when asking for help

• Never send a password, one-time code, passkey export or session token.
• Do not include payment-card details or confidential pastoral notes.
• Describe the page, action, time and non-sensitive error message.

Escalation path

Members should begin with a church leader because the church controls membership, roles and most records. Authorized leaders should use the support route defined in their service agreement. Security reports follow the responsible-disclosure route.
