  • Existing private terms and accepted versions remain unchanged.

Public notices and policies

The Privacy Notice explains Zionel's service, account and business processing. The Church Data Privacy Notice explains church-directed records. Read the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Billing and Cancellation information and the Giving guide for the applicable workflow. Cookies, data rights, accessibility, security and AI notices explain related choices and limits.

Customer agreements and versions

Your church's accepted order and applicable service, data and giving agreements describe its specific relationship with Zionel. Private negotiated terms apply to that church; they are not a general offer to every church.

Check a document's version and effective date. Updated public information does not automatically replace an accepted order or prior agreement. A privacy notice explains information handling; it does not by itself authorize every new use of information. Contact support@zionelchurchapp.com for your applicable documents or a prior accepted version.
