How to read this inventory
A provider listed as active is represented in the reviewed configuration. Conditional means used only when a feature or transaction invokes it. Optional means code support exists but activation was not established by the review. Listing a provider is not a claim that every tenant sends data to it.
Provider categories
- Render: application hosting and data services.
- Amazon Web Services: private media and security-record storage where configured.
- Stripe: hosted payment workflow where giving is enabled.
- Cloudflare: Turnstile abuse protection where configured.
- OpenAI: AI request processing only for enabled AI functionality.
- Resend or Twilio: configured email or messaging workflows.
- Google or Apple: sign-in only when the relevant identity provider is configured.
Change governance
Before a new provider is activated, Zionel should document purpose, data categories, locations, security terms, deletion behavior, contract state and an owner. Material changes require notice rules defined by the final agreement.
Legal review items
Provider legal names, processing locations, transfer safeguards, data-processing terms and church notice periods require privacy and legal confirmation. The governed provider inventory is the source for approval.
