Before you start

This guide is for media and technical teams. Your church controls invitations, roles, workflow choices and its records. Controls that are absent may be intentionally outside your assigned role.

  • Use the correct Zionel church workspace.
  • Use your own account on a supported, updated browser.
  • Have the church’s approved escalation route available.

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Review the Zionel run-of-show, gathering time, owners and approved asset links before rehearsal.
  2. Prepare scriptures, songs and hymns in EasyWorship; prepare scenes, inputs, recording and streaming in vMix.
  3. During service, follow the shared sequence and record operational exceptions without stream keys or credentials.

Permission and safety boundaries

  • Zionel coordinates readiness and handoffs; it does not currently control EasyWorship or vMix.
  • Keep a church-approved offline fallback for the service order and critical media assets.

If it does not work

  1. Check that you are in the intended church and that your displayed role matches the task.
  2. Check the service-status signal and retry the single action once.
  3. If the problem persists, note the page, time and safe error wording, then use the documented support route.

Finish safely

Verify the intended result, close any duplicate or unfinished workflow, and sign out when the device is shared. Report unexpected access as a security concern rather than exploring it.

Need another hand?

Use the support route that matches your role and question. Do not include passwords, session tokens, payment-card data or confidential pastoral notes.
